PEANUT BUTTER CUP COLLAGEN CAKELET

makes one LoLo Collagen Cakelet

INGREDIENTS

• 2 scoops LoLo Peanut Butter Cup Collagen Creamer
• 1/4 cup sugar-free peanut butter powder
• 1 large pasture-raised egg
• 1 Tablespoon sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• pinch of salt

OPTIONAL

• sprinkle of crushed peanuts
• sugar-free chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients into a single cup

2. Microwave for 60 seconds up to 90 seconds (depending on your microwave).

3. Top with some fresh whipped cream

4. Enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free cakelet you can substitute 1 tablespoon coconut cream for the sour cream.
