WHY WE MADE THIS

LOLO FLO ELECTROLYTE HYDRATION is my solution for my two boys–competitive mountain bikers, snowboarders and jiu-jitsu practitioners–both who suffered from major muscle cramps during competition. Every hydration beverage out there was pretty much garbage with unpronounceable ingredients. So I made my own special mix for them and by making it sugar-free and low-carb, also had a double advantage for my Ketogenic, Low-Carb and Intermittent Fasting lifestyle. HOW TO USE

  • Mix one serving scoop with 12 to 16 ounces of liquid.

  • Dissolves best in room temperature liquids.

  • For cold liquids add to room temperature liquid until dissolved and add ice to chill.

  • During strenuous sweaty workouts double up with 2 servings drink to thirst.
